Standard piezoelectric drives: Up to 100 um travel and resolution to 5 nm. In both open-Loop or Closed-Loop style. Quickinstall piezoelectric drive: 20 um of travel, Closed-Loop resolution 5 nm over20 um of travel. Interchangeable with other differential drives, thumbscrew, etc..
