J-50MUV-248 w/o difuser

Specifically optimized for use with ArF lasers operating at 193 nm and KrF lasers at 248 nm. All of these series have a 50 mm active area diameter and work at a max rep. Rate of 200 pps except the J25-MUV that in their two versions have a diameter of 25 mm and works at 400 pps.
